3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days within India.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged or incorrect products, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof to claim damage.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen events, or customer-provided errors.

• Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the product purchased.
