At ShopByDaisyGlow, we take great care in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please review our return guidelines below.
To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must provide a complete unboxing video as proof of any damage. The video must clearly show the package being opened from seal to product, without cuts, edits, or filters.

Without valid video proof, return or refund requests will be declined.

Any damage caused after delivery or while in the customer’s possession will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, along with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
